Our story & expertise
It started with a family milk and cheese shop in Italy in the 1970s, and a gelato tradition that took hold in 1980. Filo grew up in that world — and turned it into a craft.
Since coming to the U.S. in 2017, Filo has worked with chefs, restaurants, hospitality businesses, and food entrepreneurs across New York, Texas, San Francisco, and California — as a Master Gelato Chef, international instructor, and consultant who understands the product, the equipment, the kitchen, the menu, and the production process behind great gelato.
